Rooted in the concept of koinonia—shared life, shared growth—the program brings together a select group of artists committed to moving beyond talent into structure, clarity, and real-world outcomes.

Program Structure
The program runs over 8 weeks, combining:
Weekly strategy sessions
Execution-based assignments
Group critique and feedback
Accountability and community support
Each artist is expected to commit 5–10 hours per week.
