Black Rabbit
Black Rabbit was founded on a simple belief: there is no single path to success in the arts.
The gallery works with artists whose practices invite conversation, reflection, and new ways of seeing. Through exhibitions, artist development, collaboration, and public programming, Black Rabbit creates space for artists to develop their work while building meaningful relationships with collectors, audiences, and one another.
Rather than prescribing what an artistic career should look like, Black Rabbit recognizes that meaningful practices are built in different ways. The gallery exists to support those possibilities with intention, curiosity, and care.

At its core, Black Rabbit is guided by a spirit of generosity. We believe knowledge should be shared, opportunities should be expanded, and artists are strongest when they support one another.
Rather than viewing creativity as a competition, Black Rabbit sees artists, collectors, audiences, and communities as part of a shared ecosystem — one where different voices, experiences, and perspectives contribute to a richer cultural landscape.
Founder
Benny Bing
Black Rabbit was founded in 2026 by Canadian visual artist Benny Bing.
Bing built his practice through a combination of exhibitions, public art, licensing, partnerships, entrepreneurship, community, and direct relationships with collectors. That experience shaped a view of artistic development that extends beyond any single model of success.
Black Rabbit grew from that perspective: not as a blueprint for how artists should build their careers, but as a platform where artists can develop their own with greater access to knowledge, relationships, opportunities, and community.
